'Universal' Final Cut Pro Studio now shipping

Coming in just under the wire in its self-imposed March delivery deadline, Apple announced it is now shipping the Universal Binary version of its target="_blank">Final Cut Pro Studio suite of professional video editing applications. The Universal Binary runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs.
The "crossgrade" is available to current users for $49. Owners of Final Cut 5 can upgrade to the suite for $99; owners of other individual programs included in Studio can upgrade for $199.
