Newer Technology intros more powerful iPod battery replacements

Newer Technology announced a new 2200mAh replacement battery for first- and second-generation iPods. The new batteries provide up to 78% more runtime than original iPod batteries and sells for $34.95. NewerTech's existing 1800 and 2100mAh batteries have been discontinued; remaining supplies will sell for $19.99 and $29.99 respectively.
